The Department of Behavioral Health Adult Services Division provides a broad range of substance abuse treatment and referral services.

• Comprehensive substance abuse assessment
• Outpatient substance abuse treatment
• Information and referral to community support groups
• Information and referral to community treatment providers
• In-home alcohol detoxification
• HIV/AIDS Prevention education

There are outpatient programs in Chico, Oroville, Paradise, and Gridley.

Our Treatment Court Services programs provide mental health and substance abuse treatment to individuals in specialized collaborative court programs. Referrals are made from the court.
