- You may renew eligible library materials over the phone, through the Internet, or in person at any branch library. You will need the 14-digit library card number on the back of the card.
- To renew online you will need your card number and a PIN. To get a PIN (Personal Identification Number), ask at the Circulation Desk at any library. View your account to see what items you have checked out, renew items, see what items are overdue, and see if you have a fine balance.
- Items may be renewed twice if there are no holds placed on the item. Once you have borrowed an item and renewed it twice, you must return it to the library.
- Some items may not be renewable, such as items with holds for other library customers, civil service exam books and high demand new books.
