OPERATING HOURS: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Closed: New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and 4th of July.  Call (530) 345-4917.

Directions

The Neal Road Recycling & Waste Facility is located at 1023 Neal Road, Paradise. (See map below for various facilities)

• From Chico: Travel South on Hwy. 99 to the Neal Road exit (on left side) and proceed up Neal Road approximately 1.3 miles. The Facility will be on left side of the road.
• From Paradise: Take the Skyway to Neal Road, follow Neal Road, approximately 5 miles. The Facility will be on the right side of the road.
• From Oroville: Take Hwy. 70 North, turn left on Hwy. 149, towards Chico, to Hwy. 99, and travel North to the Neal Road exit (on right side) and proceed up Neal Road approximately 1.3 miles. The Facility will be on left side of the road.
