The purpose of this initial study is to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed improvements and installation of sidewalk, roadway shoulder widening, drainage, and underground traffic signal infrastructure at the Lower Wyandotte/Monte Vista Intersection. Mitigation measures have been provided to reduce or eliminate any identified significant and/or potentially significant impacts.
