Description of Project:
Glenn Site AP # 017-010-036 Centerville Rd
Scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, removal of junk and debris, including but not limited to, waste tires, furniture, appliances, clothing, scrap wood, vehicle parts, scrap metal and other items of misc. debris. Scatter seed and straw disturbed soil areas that were created during the cleanup. Install 180’ of 5’ no climb fencing per Caltrans May 2006 Standard Specifications section 80 fencing.
- Code Enforcement Officer must accompany all inspections. Bids received from Contractors that were not escorted by a Code Enforcement Officer will not be considered. Please Contact Scot Johnson at 879-2353 to make an appointment.
- All bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 23, 2012 to Butte County Public Works at 7 County Center Drive Oroville CA 95965 and must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
THIS RFQ IS INTENDED TO SOLICIT QUOTATIONS FOR A LOW DOLLAR VALUE PUBLIC WORKS TYPE PROJECT SUCH AS REMODELING, PAINTING, PAVING, CARPETING OR CARPENTRY WORK. THE CONTRACTUAL INSTRUMENT AWARDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR WILL BE THE SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT. ATTACHED TO AND INCORPORATED IN SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT WILL BE THE ATTACHED SMALL PROJECTS TERMS & CONDITIONS, INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND THE ENCLOSED SCOPE OF WORK.
LIST ALL EXCEPTIONS BELOW OR WRITE “SEE ATTACHED LIST OF EXCEPTIONS” AND ATTACH ALL EXCEPTIONS ON A SEPARATE SHEET ATTACHED TO YOUR QUOTATION SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY.
